Jane Florides is a principal and co-founder of KTA. Jane has specialised in the area of private client tax advice since qualifying as a registered tax consultant in 1998, having obtained first place in the final AITI exam.
Jane is widely recognised as a leading expert advising high net worth individuals on all matters. A particular area of expertise for Jane is the taxation treatment of complex investment portfolios, offshore funds and related entities.
Jane has lectured extensively to STEP Ireland, The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, the Irish Taxation Institute and the Chartered Accountants of Ireland and is regularly asked to speak on Irish tax matters at conferences and seminars.
Jane's other main area of expertise is tax residence and domicile planning and her clients include many wealthy non-domiciled individuals living in Ireland.
